Prior to Joining Green Street Power Partners, Jim’s experience in the renewable sector ranged from operating his own solar consultancy firm for fifteen (15) years focusing on originating site control agreements on land positions throughout Massachusetts, and more recently serving as a National Origination Manager with a UGE, publicly traded development shop, where he originated over 120 MW of standalone storage and over 100 MW of solar and solar plus storage project site control.

Jim brings an additional skill set to the team, having served as a municipal executive managing cities and towns for over 30 years. In his capacity as a Town Manager in one Massachusetts community, Jim procured the development of one of the first public solar systems on a capped and closed municipal landfill.

Jim holds a BA in Political Science from Columbia University, studied international relations for a year at the University of London, and holds a Master of Public Administration from Clark University.
